• Visit the website for PMJAY (https://pmjay.gov.in/) and click on the “Am I Eligible” icon.
• Insert your contact details and click “Generate OTP”.
• Now, select your state and search by your name, mobile number, HHD number or ration card number.
• After clicking on login, a form will open, in which you will enter your email id and password and click on the button to sign in.
• A new page will open in which you can proceed by entering your aadhar card number.
